Clear Expectations
Now i have clear expectations for the one i want to share my life with, it would be great if he has the below attributes, yet some compromises may take place which depends on the emotional bank account ( compromises will be to a certain extent):

believe me, it's not a good idea to put prerequisites in anything that has to do with emotions. This is coming from a person who things pre-s have ruined his life for him.
I agree with you that one should not have a checklist, yet one needs to be clear of what he/she has in mind regarding a long term relationship. And i believe that when/if one meets Mr. Right, he/she can compromise anything ( only valid for emotional ppl tab3an:)bec. rational ppl will compromise emotions favouring their checklist
